The Brief Chapman's is one of Canada's most trusted ice cream brands — a household name that doesn't need to shout. The creative challenge was to articulate what makes Chapman's feel different from its competitors: not excitement or novelty, but quiet, reliable familiarity.

The Work Always There positions Chapman's as one of life's constants — as inevitable as a couch, a bed, or the afternoon sky. The campaign uses observational, unhurried visuals to treat ice cream not as a product to be sold, but as a presence that simply belongs. No bold claims. No seasonal urgency. Just the particular comfort of something you've always known was there.
